The small shipping museum in Slite on the east coast of the island Gotland is a voluntary project maintained by some enthusiasts since 1998. The aim has been to collect and display things and memories that can give some understanding of all that work that has had to be done by men, women and ships to keep the life running for all the others. - Gunnar Sillén
