Le Bistro - A Vintage Restaurant Paper Model - by Ross MacDonaldvia The Paper Collector

This old paper model depicting a French cuisine restaurant, the "Le Bistro", was created, I believe, around the 1940s by the American artist Ross MacDonald. Thanks to The Paper Collector website and The New York Times, you can now download and assemble your own "Le Bistro".

Creating a Carboard House For Dioramas, RPG And Wargames by Papermau - Part 01

I'll try to make some good teaching posts about creating a house to be used in Dioramas, RPG and Wargames, starting from zero. In the two images below you can see the model developed in Sketchup and then unfolded in Pepakura. The various parts obtained with Pepakura will then be printed on the desired scale (in this case, I printed on 1/35 scale) and, after being glued on common cardboard (from various packages that we have scattered throughout the house), they will be cut and served as a solid base for the work itself. More soon.

Eu vou tentar fazer alguns posts bem didáticos sobre como criar uma casa para ser usada em Dioramas, RPG e Wargames, começando do zero. Nas imagens acima e abaixo você pode ver o modelo desenvolvido no Sketchup e depois desdobrado no Pepakura. As várias partes conseguidas com o Pepakura serão então impressas na escala desejada (neste caso, eu imprimí na escala 1/35) e, depois de coladas em papelão comum (de embalagens diversas que temos espalhadas pela casa), serão cortadas e servirão como uma sólida base para o trabalho em si. Mais em breve.

This paper model was created using textures taking from GTA V videogame. As I play the PS4 version, I can not save print screens, so I shoot and save on Snapmatic. 

So I go to the Rockstar Social Club and down the photos to my HD. Hence I work these photos in MsPaint. 

I think this model, in approximate 1/64 scale, will be useful as a stand for Hot Wheels, Matchbox, and the like miniatures. 

The model occupies five sheets of paper, includind the optional base.

Este modelo de papel foi criado usando texturas tiradas do videogame GTA V. Como eu jogo a versão do PS4, eu não posso salvar print screens, então eu fotografo e salvo no Snapmatic. 

Então eu vou ao Rockstar Social Club e baixo as fotos para meu HD. Daí eu trabalho estas fotos no MsPaint. 

Eu creio que este modelo, na escala aproximada de 1/64, será útil como stand para miniaturas Hot Wheels, Matchbox e similares. 

O modelo ocupa cinco folhas de papel, incluindo a base opcional.
